Nic & Veronica – Millet Wedding Photography

Golden sunlight, many mustaches, dresses with pockets and contagious smiles were a few of my highlights from the beautiful fall wedding of Nic & Veronica.

It was such a wonderful day with so much joy and love everywhere.  Nic & Veronica were surrounded with a very great bunch of family and friends.  They were the first child to get married in both their families, and although parents are always happy on their child’s wedding day… there was definitely some extra excitement and happiness from the Bouwman and Haayema parents at this wedding.

There was an awesome farmyard we got to take photos at (thanks Kerry Ann!!)  and I loved the fall colors everywhere when we stopped by Coal lake for a few more photos.   Nic & Veronica were such fun to take photos of and I loved how relaxed and totally comfortable with each other they were in front of the camera (which we already knew from their engagement photos)

I’m so glad I got to spend the day celebrating with you Nic & Veronica, and capturing your wonderful relationship and lovely smiles!  May your marriage only continue to grow stronger and your smiles and friendship never end towards each other, God bless.  ~Miriam

I loved this older barn with all the windows!

check out the girls’ awesome mustaches!!!  such a fun bridal party.

Nic even got to have some photos in front of a grain bin… (the Haayema family business puts together grain bins and Nic has built countless bins)and again, check out the girls’ pockets!!! so fun, I think I would like to own a dress with pockets myself now. Thanks so much to my second shooter and awesome assistant, Kirsten Quist, for all your help.  Above is one of her photos that I love!
